Bonaire, Curacao, Bahamahs and Miami
Offshore Rib Events has been established in 2008 by Gert-Jan van der Valk, Mike Heesen and Sijbrand Booij, under the name Offshore Rib Rally 785. For 4 years spectacular events have been organized on Curaçao, Bonaire, the Bahamas and in Miami. All perfect spots for our rallies. Maybe you have seen the tv-programmes on the Dutch channels Veronica and RTL7.
The Netherlands, Denmark, Barcelona and Ibiza / Mallorca
Starting 2012 course has changed: from that moment, the focus has been made more and more on the European market with events in Barcelona, Ibiza and Mallorca and of course also in the Netherlands where we organize more and more events.
The largest organiser of (corporate) RIB events of the Netherlands
From Den Helder to Terneuzen, from Emmerich to Hoek van Holland, on rivers, the IJsselmeer, the Waddenzee and of course the Noordzee, our boats can ride each water.
Several rallies and the NC Rib Rally
Our passion is shown in our own created concepts, like the Cape Hoorn Rib Event and the Corporate Rib Rally Terneuzen, but also with the Dutch Championship Rib Riding on several locations and of course in our tailor-made events for event organisers and direct customers.
The largest Charity Rib Event of Europe
Since 2015 we have been the nautical partner of the famous Rotterdam Rib Rally. This event, which welcomes about 300 guests per edition for rides on the Maas with 17 RIBs is the largest Charity Rib Event of Europe. During the last years already € 75.000,- has been raised for Lymph & Co.
Support during nautical events such as the Volvo Ocean Race
Also for support and services at nautical events we are a well known partners. For example during the Volvo Ocean Race Pit Stop in 2015, or at the welcome of the Dutch Soccer Team after the WC in 2012, our crew and RIBs add their value in several roles like security, media support or VIP Experience.
Our base and largest market are in the Netherlands. But our work is around the world. Our nautical miles lay in many waters.
